Again i am a bit busy so i will just announce tha name of the guy who i gonna mentor for next week and i will reedit the post with reviews for guys who are in program already or i might make spreadsheet with all names and progresses from week to week. So the guy who i gonna mentor for this week is ayamingesh from EU Nordic and East server :) GL to others in next week.
edit: k i have made google spreadsheet where you can see how much everyone progressed during program from week to week. I have even added the guys who drooped from program as a proof that they were inactive or that i wasn't able to get in contact with them... Also i have added links to current stats of all players in program. Also if you have any suggestions you can write in comment below.

-being level 30 under 1400 elo (raised for 50!!!)
-having teamspeak 3.0 or skype
-ability to speak english
-that you are range ad carry player (other roles will be available soon also)
-ability to play for at least 25 ranked WINS per week (35 if you are under 1000 elo) which would make 100 in a month (or 140 wins if you are under 1000 elo) (high dedication increase chance of achieving your goal)
-high motivation and always "tryharding" even there is sometimes maybe lower chance to win the game

I currently have very few real life commitments and am fully dedicated to learning to play league at a higher level. I also feel i would greatly benifit from being mentored as i belive having a mentor will give me more motivation to play ranked which is currently my biggest problem. Also you mention that you would like us to be able to play at least 25 games per week, with the current ammount of time i have to dedicate to this game i would be able to knock out at least 15 games per day aiming for at least 75+ per week (something i was going to start doing on my own but i feel with someone teaching me it would give me much more motivation to do this)

Have a lot of free time currently and I actually play lol too much, some days over 6 hours. On other days I may only play a couple of hours but spend as much watching streams from high elo players. I know all the champions, have a lot a champions (55 atm) have some buddies for duo queue and that's how I play it most of the time cause on solo queue I lose more often than not. I really don't know how to improve on my own anymore.

Vayne, as she has the ability to easily kill any enemy champ, and can enter fights stealthfully by ult.

I think I should be mentored because I think I am much better that 1000 elo, I just feel stuck, I have time for many games everytime during every day, as I am right now knee injured for a longer period. I feel very dedicated to this game.
I play many games every day, but I just started on playing ranked. I watch a lot of live streaming, (multiple games every day) because I njoy the game, the aspects of the game, and I really wanna improve my gameplay, which I try to by luring some tactics from the real pro! I also read a lot of online guides, to understand how others play champs/roles, and what others expect from my role during the game.
I can play multiple champs for each role, so I will never get stuck and need to try out a champ for the first time in a ranked game.
Personally, I don't rage if people do bad in game, but trying to help them improve, by telling them, what they do wrong, because I get nothing out of flaming on others, as it's a teamgame, and you are never better than the team itself!
I played a lot of games as support, so I know what the supports role is for me, and I know how to use my support, and how I should react with each support.
I am a very patient person, and I am very good at listening to critism, and I always look for improvements. I am a very openminded person, so you won't have problems communicating with me.
I would be honored if you would be my mentor, as I'm going for 2000+ elo some day, and I need a kick to get started, I really hope that this could come for you.

I want to learn everything about Lol, i want to be one of the high elo players, i enjoy watching streams and see how good people play together and i see thats its possible even in solo queue, i didnt played much games in season 1 beacuse i stucked in elo hell and it was pretty annoying, season 2 was my hope i get up to 1500 elo and was really happy about it.. but then the usuall, some leavers, trolls ,afk and im at 1300 now, im not saying im always good or im always the pro on team, but im for sure not the flamer/leaver/troll or feeder. I just want to be able to enjoy the game while playing with good people

I enjoy playing League of Legends every day, and it still doesn't turn to be boring (what won't change too soon). Sometimes playing up to 10 games per day, I always try to fulfill my position and tasks in the team, though things don't work well everytime. Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? Because I think I have potential, I always try to help my team. I need more help at making team decisions and knowing what to do when I could really use some help so i could help my team making those decisions that win games. I also want to see more opportunities to get a kill in my lane without a jungle gank and without the enemy making a big fault. And i am not able to carry my team when in the other team are people who are fed. Maybe I am at the wrong position in a team fight or maybe i'll go to early but anyway thanks for helping us.

Well honestly and cant proof if I´m the right person the only thing i can proof by numbers is that im an active member who often plays ranked because he wants to become better. Even if i try to learn by watching streams i feel stuck at the moment. I dont know how i can develop mydelf into a true carry who can bring his team back at the top. I see my main problem in having no one who critisize me and look at my game. In most cases there is no constructive criticism on the LoL community. So when i saw your thread i liked your idea of teaching and not just simple duoq someone up.
