Hi Guys first i wish you all Happy New Year :) and second i would like to apologize that i am one day late with picking a guy for mentoring. So I'll do it now and i will try to conntact the winner as sonn as possible ^^.SO the next guy is xDaseR on west Server.
Also about guys whoa re already in program:
PetKoo started with 1057 elo and 56-67 stats and after one week he managed to get 1204 elo and 74-74 stats which is total of 18-7 in a week. Not a lot of games but still it's nice improvement. We played few games together also and won most of them. I hope he gonna manage to do more this week.
XOXODontCry started with 1324 elo and stats 157-153 and after one week he was at 1329 with 179-175 which is total of 22-22 in last week. Also tbh i thought he will get much higher but still there are 3 more weeks to go for 1500. Also we played few games together but we were really really unlucky with teams...
In general about improvements i think its hard to judge after few games but i am trying to look at them as much as possible and give them the best possible tips :)

-playing on eu server (east or west doesn't matter)
-being level 30 under 1400 elo (raised for 50!!!)
-having teamspeak 3.0 or skype
-ability to speak english
-that you are range ad carry player (other roles will be available soon also)
-ability to play for at least 25 ranked WINS per week (35 if you are under 1000 elo) which would make 100 in a month (or 140 wins if you are under 1000 elo) (high dedication increase chance of achieving your goal)
-high motivation and always "tryharding" even there is sometimes maybe lower chance to win the game

Why do you think you are right person to be mentored?
I have been trying to learn quite a bit recently and managed to climb about 150 elo within a month (the lowest recorded elo I have was 1165 on 19.11. and I broke 1300 on 18.12., tho I dropped a bit recently since I haven't played much solo & when I did, I was generally last pick. Should be easy to climb to about 1300 tho). While I have improved my laning phase the point that it's extremely rare for me to lose my lane at this elo, I know there's still lots of things I need to improve on and I guess I could hold lane against at most around 1600 elo currently at 50%/50% laning winrate. My biggest weaknesses are in general decision making after the laning phase and those are what decide games, no matter how I dominated the laning.
I'm motivated to learn and I shouldn't have any problems meeting the win quota

I try to do my job as best as I can, but many games I play are just a matter of luck. 2 or 3 guys quit, another one feeds on purpose... I managed to climb from 800 to 1280 and then they all appeared again. Would love to recognize my mistakes and correct them and if good enough I'd love to keep your project up by doing my own to help some players.

LoL is the only one game I play so in my free time I do so. I have been trying everything I could on my own to manage to get to high elo. I was scared of 5 loses in a row and many trolls in my team so I stopped playing rankeds atm.
I know the basics, I do not troll, do not flame but I also have bad luck. After winning game I usually get 13 elo and after losing - 40.
I hope we can change it together and I appreciate your idea of helping the others.

Why should I be mentored?
Well for me thats not a hard one. I was looking for a mentor for this special role a long time wrote into forums and they laughed about me taking that I would never find somebody.
My topelo this season was 1420 or something and I just dropped off so there should be potential to make me climb again, aswell as I would like to improve my game and I'm willing to take any advices.
I watch many streams to help me improve I record some of my games to analyse my faults myself so I'm really willing to improve

I know that I am able to do this, I've been pretty high end gamer in many other games, and currently im stuck in elo with LoL.

Im smart, which means im a quick learner. My main role was ap, switched to ranged ad a while ago and been doing good. still, i know i can improve. my last hitting is pretty decent 2, usually around/above 75 cs at 10min. My positioning is not that bad either, although i can improve in certain situations. One of my cons is that i usually tend to farm when team battles start 2 early in the game, which can give me the edge to win late game or lose it if my team cant handle it due to being short 1 person. And them wards :P If i know i'll win my lane, i like a supporter that helps me zone the enemy out of xp/gold

Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? I depend to much on jungle ganks. So if the jungle isn't there to help I might lose my tower early. And I have to find a balance between harassing and farming.
But as an ad carry I depend on my support I try to help my support by saying what to do but that doesn't help. But when i have a good support and outfarmed the other carry and have some kills the other lanes come to help their carry and mostly top or mid or the jungler are fed and they dive my easily while my team is still farming.

max S1 elo was 1457 so I think I have some potential. AD carry is the most style I like but my positioning is not that great so I tend to play top or jungle more often. i think positioning is really important for all squishy champs. better positioning leads to better game play and that applies for all roles. cheers :)

A:In my game experience, I was able to learn how to analize my flaws and way to correct them and improve, I would really like to become a high elo player, but I know I'm not worth it yet. In the first season, I was a rager, flamer and yes, a noob, since then I've settle down, learn how to play with many roles, the map, the timings, and I'm waiting for the right time to start ranking, because last season I lost my first 5 ranked games and now I realize what could I have done better.
Besides that I fill all the requirements, I accept teaching, respect others and I'm willing to "empty my cup".

*Which range ad champion is your favorite? I value all of them differently. I think Vayne is the most fun champion to play whereas I think that Caitlyn is probably the easiest and safest pick and Sivir is the best if you want to troll people with boomerangs.

I Believe my laning phase is pretty ok, ofc you also need a good support to rock your lane but in general id say i can pretty much win my lane in most cases. my personal problem is sometimes the positioning in teamfights or in general mid/late game. it would be nice to get some advice on what to do (except farm and follow your team) and perhaps even improve the laning phase especially regarding counterpicks! id just need someone with a lot of experience to help me. just see for yourself how i play and i hope i wont disappoint you! ;)

I was a pretty good Normal player, ready to play ranked. I started my first few games and I was a bit disappointed.
I want to learn all the ins and outs of this game, and I think a pro player can teach me all of the ins and outs to get better at this game. I'm willing to get lots of practice and get my ELO up and improve my skill, and perfect my situational awareness. I don't see myself as the best player, but I sure want to improve and get myself to gold ranks.
Everyone makes mistakes, and in my opinion, I make them too much. With the help of a pro player, I think I can grow to full potential. I fully realise that I have to improve, and it's MY job to actually follow advice and get better. The only thing I need is someone to teach me.

I want to learn everything about Lol, i want to be one of the high elo players, i enjoy watching streams and see how good people play together and i see thats its possible even in solo queue, i didnt played much games in season 1 beacuse i stucked in elo hell and it was pretty annoying, season 2 was my hope i get up to 1500 elo and was really happy about it.. but then the usuall, some leavers, trolls ,afk and im at 1300 now, im not saying im always good or im always the pro on team, but im for sure not the flamer/leaver/troll or feeder. I just want to be able to enjoy the game while playing with good people

Because I am eager to learn but need to know what to learn. I will get there my self eventually, but the problem is, I don't know what I need to improve on, because when I know what I am doing wrong (except for practice a lot) I generally make sure it doesn't go wrong again. I really want to get to be that support that is a relief to play with, because he/she makes the game much easier.
The little amount of ranked games until now is because I generally don't play ranked when I'm tired/its weekend/I haven't had my first game of the day/etc. Ofc I can change that if I get into the program :)

I use to play Graves, but recently I found about Caitlyn, so I began playing her instead. She is fun to play with, though I yet have lot to learn.
Why do you think you are right person to be mentored?
I don't seperate myself from the rest of the canditates. I believe I have an equal right like the rest of them, and I'm eager to learn how to improve my gameplay as well. I do believe though that I am a good learner and with the right practice I won't dissapoint you.
Last but not least, if I am chosen and trained, and the whole thing works fine, I do believe that I will pass on my training to close friend's of mine or other random people that play League of Legend as well and are eager to improve themselves, helping your cause even more and acknowledging you as the founder of this project.

I'm really enthusiastic about this game, I regulally watch streams, competition etc. I started to play almost a year ago with some IRL friends. Now we got the point, where we'd like to play competitive. So we've decided to form a team, trainn and then probably got to Go4LoL competition. I was given the role of the AD carry, and I struggle, cuz nether me nor my freinds can play this role, and noone can give me tips&tricks.. So I think if I could participate in your program, that would not only help me a lot, but also my team
