Gold in 30 Days

          Hi i have decided to run Program called "Gold in 30 days" to help you guys improve. So the program would work like this...i will take 2-3 guys every week and mentor them for next 30 days. First i will give you some starting tips then we gonna play few games during which i would give you more advanced tips and staff you should work in next 7 days. For these 7 days i would expect you to play at least till you get 25 ranked wins per week or if you were at start 1000-1350 or 35 ranked wins per week if you were under 1000 elo at start. After 7 days passed we would play few more games so i can see your progress and we would repeat procedure. Well only if you are highly dedicated player you can achieve your goal. I will give my best to help you guys but as you know the most of job is still on you. Guys which do not manage to meet the requirements will be dropped from Program so i can mentor the more dedicated ones.

Requirements: 
  • playing on eu server (east or west doesn't matter) 
  • being level 30 under 1350 elo
  • having teamspeak 3.0 or skype
  • ability to speak english
  • that you are range ad carry player (other roles will be available soon also)
  • ability to play for at least 25 ranked WINS per week (35 if you are under 1000 elo) which would make 100 in a month (or 140 wins if you are under 1000 elo) (high dedication increase chance of achieving your goal)
  • higly motivated and always tryharding even there is sometimes maybe lower chance to win the game

    I dont want you to carry me. But since you are from Serbia and I love that country so much, I want to know if I can add you as friend so we can play an ocasional match if you have the time.

    I lived in Novi Sad for about 15 months and I even speak a bit of serbian. Have tons of friends there, but only my gf's brother is playing LoL and he is in East server.

    Basically throughout season one, i was improving alot, i reached a point i was playing "Good" but not as good as i wanted, and season two started, played loads of games, and i was raising my elo, but slowly, and i just wanted to reach gold this season.. that was my goal and still is, and after i saw the post and that you Posted, this was like, the ultimate chance for my improvement, nothing better could happen.

    I think i am the right person to be mentored because i am abitious. Even tough i do not meet your elo requirements i only play Jungle or support in raked and my carry skills are probaly 1400 elo. I would like to be able to improve my carry skills since i cannot get first page solo-q ladder without beeing able to play carry.Right now whenever i am forced to play carry i lose the game.

    The utility Ashe provides as a carry is awesome.
    Vayne and her abilities as late game carry with true damage.

    I have been trying to learn quite a bit recently and managed to climb about 150 elo within a month (the lowest recorded elo I have was 1165 on 19.11. and I broke 1300 on 18.12.). While I have improved my laning phase the point that it's extremely rare for me to lose my lane at this elo, I know there's still lots of things I need to improve on and I guess I could hold lane against at most around 1600 elo currently at 50%/50% laning winrate. My biggest weaknesses are in general decision making after the laning phase and those are what decide games, no matter how I dominated the laning.
    I'm motivated to learn and I shouldn't have any problems meeting the win quota (tho I will admit this week will cut quite close due to being out of town until Monday with just laptop that may or may not crash during the games, but half of Monday + evenings for the rest of the week are enough for those about 50-60 matches if I'm not hitting a huge losing streak)

    Probably Vayne/Tristana because they have the strongest lategame and i can carry better with those.

    I think i have a lot of room to improve, and i have the will to do it, so i watch stream, got a document with counter picks, always searching for new good builds, but none of that compares to actually having a skilled person helping.
    I can do any role but dont really excel at one, and some platinum player told me the easiest way to carry is AD carry so, i figure if i learn that role well i can carry hard in ranked.
    Also, i never rage, take constructive criticism well, and am always in good mood.

    Hmmm im apparently an okay player since my 3v3 team is doing fine but i just cant carry soloQ. I had good matches, 20-5 xerath, even pentakilled and still lost. after that i gave up on seeing soloQ as fair in any way..

    Why do you think you're the right person to be mentored? Because i've been trying for so hard to escape this elo. I started off at 600 due to my first 10 games being all losses, and I made my way up to 1150 but then realised it's HARD to carry people with 1-5 wins, vs players with over 100. I normally play shaco jungle, however even when i perma gank, the people are too unexperienced to be able to kill a player, and are never up for taking risks.

    I think that I rly don't deserve this rating so Iam looking for someone to help me gtfo of elo hell :}. I didn't play ranked much, pref. normal coz I feel that diffrence between my normal elo(which is kinda high coz I have good win/loss ratio in normal) and that ranked elo. Everything is so crap in ranked when Iam solo-queing, for example using current meta is just impossible -.- . I think Iam ready to raise my elo and get respected :p

    When I first started Ranked, I was pretty new to LoL myself (I went straight into Ranked when I got level 30.) From there, I accumulated a high amount of losses. Now, I'm stuck in the Elo I shouldn't be at because of it. I have more wins in Ranked in everything BUT Solo queue, because I just can't carry a team of bad players. Every single ranked game, I have to tell my team what to do (eg. Get dragon, time buffs, buy certain items), and I'd honestly rather play with people my own skill level...

    Been a gamer all my life, highly competitive in SC2 etc.... Only been playing lol for like 4 months - I am dedicated, just need the right tips from the right mentor.
    I am quick to recognize my mistakes and not blame others and I learn fast. I am guaranteed success and wont take as much time as others as Ive been diamond SC2 and competitive in wow arena and other online games.

So i believe playing alonside with a tutor who is much better than me in this game , can tell me what im doing wrong , which points of my game i must improve etc...     Why do you think you are right person to be mentored?
    Well, I can start with I'm stuck in "ELO hell" which my friends call it. I always play with "feeders" "I don't know how to counter this guy" guys etc.
    And I want to see if I'm really that good as I think I am or maybe not..
    I am willing to practice and learn. I always take as much information as possible from other players.

    Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? Because I dedicate myself to games. For example i was @ top 20 in AoE, and top EU @ starcraft II as zerg. I always have great hunger for learning & my average apm was 240 @ sc2.
    I always try to improve myself, as checking other lanes while creeping, checking minimap every 10 seconds.

    I play LOL 4 hours a day @ weekdays, and 8 hours @ weekends.

    I do not believe there is an ELO hell, and having the right mentality and dedication could save most of the people from lower ELOs.

    - Ezreal is my strongest AD Carry becuase i find his early and mid game very strong when farmed, i normally find it easy to pick up kills in lane even with this passive meta with him also. I play a decent caitlyn too.
    - I feel this is a good opertunity for me to try high end LoL pvp. I played high end in other game with enough practice, WoW was one of them. I was told a lot of times i had glad potetnial but i only ever grabbed duelist. I woudnt want to let something like that slip in lol.
    I also feel with my current EXP which isnt exacly low (of the game and heros). So it would be relatively easy challeneg, hopefully. "don't quote me on that". I would aprreciate the chance. but i understand there are a lot of applicants.

My elo is now stuck at 1100 and i cant get any higher. I know i have'nt played many games but i am still trying and every game there is atleast 1 guy raging. I think i deserve higher elo and if you look at my ranked stats you can see that i kill more then i die.     I was a pretty good Normal player, ready to play ranked. I started my first few games and I was a bit disappointed.

    I want to learn all the ins and outs of this game, and I think a pro player can teach me all of the ins and outs to get better at this game. I'm willing to get lots of practice and get my ELO up and improve my skill, and perfect my situational awareness. I don't see myself as the best player, but I sure want to improve and get myself to gold ranks.

    Everyone makes mistakes, and in my opinion, I make them too much. With the help of a pro player, I think I can grow to full potential. I fully realise that I have to improve, and it's MY job to actually follow advice and get better. The only thing I need is someone to teach me.

    It probably sound dumb, but I'm just fucking stuck in ELO hell, I do fair on my games, but having 3-4 non-ranged AD carries while 1 guy is afk kinda ruined my ELO. I play fairly well with GP(jungle)/Nasus(Solotop)/Soraka(Support) I can play any role :)
    Basically, I need someone to help climb out of this leaver/troll hell :) I don't need to be tought, I understand the basics of the game, team-fights, last-hitting, priorities, Importance of buffs, farm, sometimes watch LoL streams

    I know that I am able to do this, I've been pretty high end gamer in many other games, and currently im stuck in elo with LoL.

    I know this is not due to Elo Hell, but I'm slowly beginning to believe in it, however I know that it's me, and if I truely deserve to become high elo, I need advices, and from that I know I need you and I know I can do this.

I know elo hell does not exist (and if it existed it would be everywere) but I want to get out of this elo without any carrying from others but with myself carrying, hopefully with the rest of the random team by my side. If the team is in chaos I try to calm it so we have more chances of winning and sometimes it works (oh that beautiful day I managed to lead my team with Katarina when everything seemed *.* level 25 but I loved the feeling) I can buy wards (rarely do it as AD Carry but sometimes you really have to do it) and place them correctly in gank and key points like the tri bush, the crossroad of the river, wraiths and mid and the river bush, I can last hit and know my main AD Carry Ezreal like the back of my hand. I enjoy playing LoL most of all and I thrive to become a better player. I need advice for that and since you aren't carrying but yes teaching people how to play, I want to apply so I can become a better team player.

    To be honest, I'm not a really confident AD carry and usually prefer to be AP mid or jungler. However, if it comes to play an AD carry, I'm an exceptionally good Kog'Maw, though it's the only AD carry I'm really good with.

    * Why do you think you are right person to be mentored?
    Well, I'm kinda tryhard person, I feel fun when playing, but I also always try to do the best even in the worst situations. But being alone in solo queue can be a really frustrating thing, because most of all players lack on communication and on top of that stop playing seriously after any kind of mistake (first blood, feeding, etc.), even in situations where the game still could be won by just keep playing aware. Additionally, many players start blaming others for anythings instead of doing the best out of it, what obviously has a heavy counterproductive impact on the teamplay.

    I'm not saying that I'm a good player, though I actually think that I don't belong to the Elo I'm currently stucked in. But I actually really appreciate hearing any kind of constructive opinions from others and also like to learn out of it. The chance of having a troll would decrease by one. And having a professional player on my side I can rely on is really valuable in a team-based games like LoL.

    Which range ad champion is your favourite? - I do love all champions at all classes for what they do as I treat each champion in a class as a set of tools, but the one that I like the most is Ashe due to the decent utility she provides, good and sustained damage and for the decent skill cap.

    Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? - I believe I am the right one to be mentored as I believe I have the skills and the experience to perform all the roles decently in a team, however it is a team game and it means that in an unknown environment not everybody is as competitive and success-minded as me and therefore not as dedicated to winning as I am, this means I cannot win games even though I am and I have proved to be good enough for being up to the challenge.     I'm fastlearning and I'm a tryhard who goes for the win 100% of the times.
    While I mostly do good and rarely lose lanes I can't carry hard enough in normals let alone ranked. I have this huge losingstreaks every now and then playing with my friends and I'm the one who has to carry every game or it just isn't going to be carried. The key to this succes should be your mentoring and your tips. Because I still have alot to learn about this game and I'm hoping you can teach me to carry and play better in general.

    -S1: 10/18 top elo 1280, I just started playing ranked matches, had no clue about meta, so I didn't play that often, was preparing myself for S2 :)
    -S2: 87/93 top elo 'round 1300. This is just pathetic, I lost 150ELO by facing trolls/flamers/leavers in 10 games in a row! It seems had to believe it , but it's goddamn true.
    Which range ad champion is your favourite? I used to main Vayne from lvl 1, now it seems I prefer playing with Caitlyn and Graves
    Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? Mostly because I wanna get better at something that takes off 3+ hours of my life daily, because all I do is trying to win. There is no fun in this game if you're not winning am I right? Even if I'm not, I still think that's the way stuff work around here. Also, I think my true ELO is far bigger than 1200ish, it's just that I can't bear noobs every single match trolling/flaming/leaving. I don't often blame he others, but if I get fed on botlane (I'm playing mostly AD carries), mid feeds like there is not sun tommorow. Also I think it's bad to force people to play certain roles just because that's the current "meta", because most people don't even know how that champion functionates, nevertheless they're forced to play with it. So in short:
    I'd like to be mentored so I can become a better player, have more fun in this game by playing better, and never to see again jungle AD Sorakas (giggle). That seems like all I wanted to say.... or is it? (hehe)

    Well, I've been stuck at 1200-1350 ELO for a long time now and I can't seem to get past that 1350 mark. I really want to get past that mark and reach the "gold badge" ELO.     • I've been playing league of legends for more than a year now. Although I really try my best, I do not manage to get a "decent" ELO. Unlike other players at my ELO, I've come to peace with the idea that other players might just be better than me, and therefore deserve a better ELO than me. From the moment I've come to peace with this thought though, I started to think WHAT I'm actually doing wrong. The question of how to optimize your gameplay has been intriguing, even OBSESSING me ever since. I've been reading tons of guides of "how to raise your ELO", but all these things I had already found out and taken into consideration.
    There are no words to describe how extremely happy it would make me if I could finally have a REAL good player by my side for a while, looking over my shoulder and optimizing my gameplay. Please make my wish come true! :)

    I want alot to get out of the lower league, playing with lowbies only gets my skills worst day by day, I am trying my best in every game but many are kids, they troll, or they leave, and that happends hell on the 1400+ ELO, so I wish to get there at least.

    I like around 4 ad champion but my absolute favorite is by far vayne. Vayne has alot of utility and you can do alot of things with him. People consider vayne op but i think vayne is really balanced cause she is designed to be a late game monster and indeed thats what she is but she gets shit on by alot of ranged AD's early game. I also really like corki and graves but im not that good with both of those yet.

    I fell in love with league from the beginning i started and my passion even grown after playing alot. I think im really motivated and will always try my best to get better and I will always accept criticism if given on a proper way. I also think im a good learner because of this and I think you need to take responsibility for every lose you get in the game and not blame your team. Thats how you learn I think. I would be very happy if you took me for this "challenge" so i can enjoy the game even more than i already do.

    Well, it depends on what team mates I'm playing with. But Kog'Maw and Vayne is pretty nice in most of the teams but Ashe is pretty nice with a good support.

    I've been in ELO hell for a long time, and I realy think that I deserve to play with people at higher elo.
    I'm always nice in ELO Hell, playing support if needed, but then I come with a bad team, and we lose. This is a really good chance for me to climb up the ladder! :)

I was trying so hard to win games, but rage quiters, afk, feeders didnt let me to advance, ofc it is my fault too, cause i wasnt helping them with builds etc, i was just ignoring them! i wanted a duo partner so long, but none wanted... or they are afraid to lose elo, as first timers... or who knows... i am looking forward to! anyway i never press /surrender in a ranked game!

    Favourite Ad Carry (+my main) is Caitlyn since low elo rankeds dont last long and she has a good early+mid game + I know how to use her skillshot right what is an insane harrass on lane.
    I got the motivation, the time and maybe also the skill do climb the ladder :) i just need some help to get better and to learn how to carry a game, since my elo goes up and down and stays at -1000

    Today i will already take one guy and start tutoring him as soon as possible while i will take 2 more guys on monday, depends on number of applications you make. Also please don't forget to subscribe thanks.

    * Why do you think you are right person to be mentored? - I like to learn from people better than me . I`m watching high elo streams very often ( HotshotGG or shushei for example). Playing as ad carry is my main role on normal but on ranked i usually play jungle or solo ( It doesnt mean that i wont play it :D ) - opportunity of being better is always nice :) .
    And of course its hard to get out of " elo hell ".. i`m always trying to carry the team but trolls, leavers, afkers are ruining the game so help would be appreciated . Cheers
